Management Consultant
Marsha duVon has over twenty-five years of experience in training and human resources. She has in-depth experience in retail, banking, mortgage, distribution, manufacturing, and insurance industries with specific expertise in customer service, interpersonal communication, coaching, and leadership development. Marsha's practical experience, combined with her training abilities, ensures her effectiveness. She is a gifted group facilitator who develops immediate rapport with her participants.
Marsha earned her BS from Penn State; her graduate studies in behavioral science were with the Carnegie Mellon Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a certified Birkman consultant and has also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. She is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and in Blessing/White's Managing Personal Growth program.
Marsha is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and is a published MENSA member. She originally joined Burton~Fuller Management in 1989.
