Robin Hurst
SPHR, Consultant
Robin Hurst has over twenty years of experience improving organizational performance through leadership roles in organizational development, training and human resources. She has extensive experience in talent management demonstrated through the design, development, and implementation of a broad range of organizational initiatives including analysis and assessments, management/leadership development, performance management, succession planning and change management. Robin was formerly head of international training and development for Reynolds International, Director of Human Resources for a Reynolds Global Business unit and is currently adjunct faculty, Executive Education at the Robin’s School of Business at the University of Richmond.
Robin is an excellent facilitator, coach, and change agent who is well versed in the deployment of OD initiatives and in merger and acquisition activities. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Birkman Method Consultant, and certified Myers-Briggs practitioner. Robin is also certified in the Center for Creative Leadership’s Assessment tools.
Robin earned a BA from Mary Washington College and an MA in human resource development from The George Washington University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in human and organizational learning from The George Washington University. Her current areas of research are in effective and ethical leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational culture. |
